Submit a Ticket

Please visit the LCSEE Systems Service Center or email helpdesk@support.lcseesystems.net to submit a request to the help desk.

When an email is sent to helpdesk@support.lcseesystems.net, the message is put into our request tracking system. You will receive an email confirmation for your ticket, which contains a link to the Jira Service Desk request portal. From here, you can add comments, change the status of your ticket, and see updates on your request.

WVU Computer Support Branches

There are three distinct Information Technology support groups that may provide support to students in LCSEE courses.

  • LCSEE Systems

    • Responsible for all LCSEE classrooms, labs, servers, and Virtual Machines.

  • Statler Information Technology Services

    • Responsible for College computer labs and classrooms outside of scope of LCSEE Systems

      • Engineering Door Locks

      • Ethernet Ports (See Network Access for more information)

      • College Computer Labs and Classrooms

  • WVU Information Technology Services

    • Responsible for University-wide systems and facilities, such as MIX, WVU Login, and eCampus.

      • WVU Login

      • MIX

      • STAR/BANNER

      • Office 365
