How do I get remote IT support?

LCSEE Systems techs can provide IT support, while you work remotely, via Zoom.  Here's what you need to do for us to help you remotely:

  • When you visit our Service Center, be sure to indicate that you're working remotely and need a remote support session. There is a check box to specify you would like remote support.

    • If you send in a support request through email, please specify if you would like remote support.

  • Coordinate with the helpdesk tech on a time to schedule a Zoom remote support call.

Zoom remote desktop control has security features in place that prevent the remote technician from seeing certain prompts and sensitive information on your computer. You will need to be present during the support session.
