Cisco Jabber Software Phone

The Cisco Jabber softphone is an app that runs on your computer that allows you to receive and place calls using your WVU phone number over the internet. Your outgoing number is that of your WVU phone. You can also set forwarding and manage voicemail.

When dialing out, remember to dial 9 (or 8 for long distance) for numbers external to WVU’s phone system, just as you would with your physical headset.
