How do I have my research lab printer added to the network?

Submit a Printing support request in the LCSEE Systems Service Center.

If the printer in your research lab is ethernet capable, LCSEE Systems can help you put this printer onto the network.

Please send the following information to helpdesk@support.lcseesystems.net or request that a technician stop by for assistance.

  • Printer Make and Model

  • Serial Number

  • Ethernet Address

  • Port Location (e.g. left wall behind middle desk,) Port Number, and Port Color

  • Building and Room

  • Research Faculty Advisor

Once the request has been processed, we will let you know the configuration details and assist with adding the network printer to your computers if needed.
