How do I request and setup a place for my students to submit presentations and videos that they create or upload?
Submit a Media Capture support request in the LCSEE Systems Service Center.
Follow the instructions below to allow for your students to submit Mediasite presentations that they create and/or upload:
Generate a name for the submission Folder. Students will need to know this name for the Copy To operation. Format: TermCode-SubjectCourseNumber-Section-CRN-## (E.g. 202001-CS101-T01-13246-01)
TermCode: YYYYMM
SubjectCourseNumber
Subject: CS, EE, CpE, CYBE, SENG
CourseNumber: 101, 110, 272, 480
Section: 001, 002, 7D1, T01
CRN: Course Request Number
##: Sequential number for the folder. First shared folder 01, next shared folder 02, 03, 04
Gather WVU Login usernames for students in your course.
Send this information to helpdesk@support.lcseesystems.net and request a “Submission Folder and Channel for Student Submissions.”
