What workflow is available for students to submit presentations to an instructor?

Submit a Media Capture support request in the LCSEE Systems Service Center.

In this workflow, students can submit presentations and videos from the MyMediasite portal to their instructor. 

The instructor will gain their own copy of the presentation in which the student cannot change or delete.  The instructor will be able to view all presentations that are submitted as well as share them to others in eCampus by posting a link to the Channel containing the presentations or individually using Link to Presentation(s). (Presentations can also be shared with individuals outside of eCampus and/or publicly student identity and FERPA considerations have been handled.)

If a student can be identified in a video or audio recording, do not share that video with anyone outside of the course section in which the student is enrolled until the proper measures are taken to avoid a FERPA violation.
