How do I turn on the 256 AER audio/video system?

To begin, locate the Poly touch panel controller on the conference room table, tap the screen, and wait several seconds.

After several seconds, the large monitors should wake and display the Zoom Room’s background image.

If you are no longer sharing, end your Zoom call and/or hit End Sharing on the touch panel. Once the system detects that there is no laptop connected, and the in-room PC has gone to sleep, the system will shut down the wall monitors automatically. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN OFF THE TVs.
