The Lane Department’s 256 AER conference room is outfitted with a dedicated Poly Studio X50 video bar with a 4K UHD auto-framing/speaker tracking camera, unique second-order gradient microphones, powerful speakers, and integration with cloud videoconferencing services. Sharing is possible via the in-room PC or guest laptop HDMI connection. The video conferencing platform is Zoom.
The Department’s 356 AER conference room is outfitted with a basic presentation system and desktop PC for in-room meetings, as well as a landline conference phone for traditional voice calls.
