How do I share my laptop screen to the 256 AER audio/video system without using an HDMI cable?

You can share multiple device screens to the 256 AER presentation system without using the Laptop HDMI cable on the table.

Prerequisite: You must have the Zoom app on your device.

After waking the Poly system and the screens come on, do the following:

1. Tap the Share Content button on the Poly touch panel. This will begin sharing the in-room PC or HDMI LAPTOP cable (if connected.)

2. Locate the Sharing Key on the Share Content sheet of the Poly touch panel.

3. Enter the information from the touch panel to begin sharing, using either of these options:

   • From the Zoom app, click the Share Screen button and enter the Sharing Key.

   • From a web browser, go to share.zoom.us, enter the Meeting ID, and Passcode.

4. The blue Change Content button will appear on the touch panel. Tap Change Content to choose which shared screen is shown on the left and right displays.

5. When finished, tap Stop Sharing in the upper left corner of the Poly touch panel. The Poly system and displays will power down automatically after a period of time. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MANUALLY TURN OFF DISPLAYS.
