How do I use the 256 AER in-room PC to simply show the screen or slides?

After waking the Poly system and the screens come on, do the following:

1. Tap the Share Content button from the Home screen on the Poly touch panel.

2. Unless a laptop is connected, the input will automatically be set for the in-room PC. You may need to wake the in-room PC by tapping any key on the keyboard.

3. To switch back to the in-room desktop PC from a laptop, disconnect the HDMI cable labeled “Laptop”.

4. When finished, tap Stop Sharing in the upper left corner of the Poly touch panel. The Poly system and displays will power down automatically after a period of time. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MANUALLY TURN OFF DISPLAYS.
